I was never a fan of the original backglass translite. This special VIDEO backglass was made specifically for Dark Knight - Stern (2008) for cabinet users that have a 3 screen setup. It will allow you to display the pinball games backglass picture instead of just the playfield being lit up.Dark Knight (Stern 2008) Alternate Video Backglass You also need to order the atgames “VIbS” or racheal board. Stuff like that is available to download for you there and we will help you set everything up when you get your pc. I just uploaded the fx3 backglass picture to run while your in the menu screens instead of having a black screen. Not only will you get help to every question you’ll have, all the files you need for the controls to work for the atgames pinball machine are downloadable from there. Join the atgames legends pinball Facebook group. Fx3 is friggin awesome once you set up cabinet mode and get your backglass images. Lol keep that in mind when making your purchase. Your gonna want to then start trying future pinball, and visual pinball, maybe even install pinball popper. You can buy almost any pc, even those crappy $200 Dell optiplex pc’s on Amazon and they will run fx3 if you somehow had a graphics card already that you could use in one of those cheap optiplex pcs you could play fx3 maxed out graphics at 1080p. I mean seriously, I literally only play fx3 and the couple of fx2 tables that aren’t on fx3. However, hooked up my laptop to the atgames pinball table to play fx3 and I have been hooked ever since. I got the atgames pinball table and have all 109-111? Not sure how many now but every table I have. But did like “so called fake” pinball like the fx3 tables with dragons flying around etc. I hated pinball, never played it ever at arcades nothing. Very confused on what specs I should aim for though - mainly in terms of whether I need a rig with a serious video card, or if I can get away with a smaller/cheaper setup. Watched a couple of the YouTube videos and it seems doable, but I'm having trouble figuring out exactly what specs I should aim for in either a desktop or laptop, to be able to run FX3 perfectly.Ĭan someone let me know what specs I really need, at a minimum, to run FX3 really well in 1080p with whatever FPS is recommended to look *great* on the ALP? Ideally, I'd like to get the backglass video working as well. I'd like to set something up so I can run FX3 and have access to all those tables. Thinking about getting a Legends Pinball cabinet, mainly for myself but also because I think my kids will absolutely love it as well. I'm totally new to the virtual pinball world, but I have enough tech knowledge to fumble my way through this (especially with the help of YouTube!). ![]()
